If your team is repeating the same unproductive patterns over and over again, or if you want to help your team just that little extra step further, a team oriented programme can be a great help to take an untrodden path. It can take the shape of an outdoor programme, but it could just as well be a behavioural training with the whole team.
I do not call this type of programme teambuilding, since that term feeds the illusion that a team could be ‘built’ (preferably overnight). I believe, however, that a viable and resilient team only comes into existence once people, consciously or unconsciously, decide for themselves to cooperate and then decide together how they want to do that. I am only too happy to facilitate that process.
I have two sites fitted out with materials for an outdoor programme. in Leusden and Elspeet. However, I have worked all over Europe on location, from Great Britain to Turkey.
