Programmes

In training programmes participants work on learning something new. To this end a behavioural training offers the participants new strategies and forms of behaviour that can be tried and practiced.
Reflective programmes are more geared at inviting participants to critically examine their assumptions and thinking patterns, and adapt them where needed.
And there are several other types of programmes in which participants can work on a new future or acquire new skills, varying from family constellations to innovative problem solving.

These types of programmes are available for individuals as well as functional teams. In the latter case even a simple behavioural training can have a huge effect on the atmosphere and relations within a group. After all, a training programme in which people learn together and work on their development quite naturally promotes a personal atmosphere.
