Coaching with archery is a specialty of mine. It works like this: you come for an archery session, and I give immediate feedback on what I notice.
Archery is a simple activity: you rest an arrow on the string, pull the string and shoot the arrow. Anything else to be seen is yours, and shows patterns in you action. Those patterns can probably also be seen in other areas in your life. Especially for people who are not used to looking at those patterns directly, it can be easier to see what shows itself in an archery session. Whatever applies from there in your daily life, you will take with you.
It is remarkable how intensely people can be working on certain real life issues, consciously or unconsciously, while at the same time these are hardly ever addressed openly during a session.
Three sessions of one and a half hour, spread out over a period of a couple of months, are usually sufficient to achieve a durable positive result.
